Frequently Asked Questions What services do you offer at Heritage Place? Heritage Place is committed to creating opportunities for seniors to continue to lead meaningful lives. We offer Independent Living as well as Personal Care Services provided through a home health care agency. Heritage Place has 19 studio, 105 one-bedroom, and 33 two-bedroom apartments. Why should I choose Heritage Place?  Heritage Place offers spacious apartments, gracious living and service amenities like dining and housekeeping in a beautiful, two story building. Our apartments have lovely views of our numerous beautiful courtyards and mature landscaping. From our unique programming to our individual relationships with each of our residents, resident satisfaction is the most important factor in every decision we make. Is Heritage Place close to shopping and public transportation? Yes. Our van will take you to various destinations on a regular basis. Cordia is close to shopping centers, which offer grocery stores, banks, drug stores, restaurants, hairdressers, drycleaners and tailors, and clothing shops. We also schedule transportation each week for resident medical appointments. Can I have overnight guests? Is there a charge for that? Yes, you are welcome to have overnight guests. If a guest stays in your apartment, there is no charge. We do also offer a guest suite at a minimal nightly cost, including breakfast. Do you offer Assisted Living Services or a Continuum of Care? Heritage Place provides its residents with the opportunity to stay in their apartments for as long as possible. While the community is not licensed as an Assisted Living Facility, we are able to provide the full array of personal care services typically offered in assisted living. Services are provided through a licensed home health care agency by trained care attendants with oversight by a licensed nurse. Heritage Place residents are able to access the full spectrum of personal care services while staying in the comfort of their spacious, independent apartment. |
